Whether it is a sit down dinner reception for 180, a cocktail reception for 400 or an intimate dinner we will work with you to create exactly what you envision. We include every detail, from signature cocktails to table cloths in a client’s favorite color. We will work with you to bring to life the look and feel you dreamed and your wedding will be customized to your taste and budget so there is no worry about being over budget. With our budget program, you will be able to track costs at any point up to your wedding. We also provide our clients with a client portal specific to their wedding which can only be accessed with a user name and password. The portal will have all vendor contracts, artwork, guest lists, seating plans, invoices, statements, communication threads, a working budget spreadsheet and cash flow spreadsheet.

It is not unusual to have over 25 different companies involved with a wedding with over 100 individuals that have a hand in some way or other for a wedding of 250 guests so imagine trying to find just the right one for your wedding.
Our professional graphic designers are able offer all your graphic design services. We can design a special logo and help create a theme for all your printed materials. Printed material can include the save-the-date card, engagement party invitations, wedding invitations, rehearsal dinner invitations, coasters, cocktail napkins, church programs, welcome letters, menus, escort cards, table numbers and place cards. Having in-house graphic designers allows for consistency. It is important to have an overall graphic program that pulls all the minor events together graphically. We work a wide range of preferred vendors for printing to produce the style of printing you desire including digital, engraving, letterpress and gold foil.
